Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer for a 2+ month project in Switzerland. The role will require flexibility because the workload will vary between 50% and 100%. The workload has to be confirmed, but probably 50% workload in February and between 70 and 100% in March and April. The candidate will be able to work remotely 1-1.5 days/week.
The role is for a candidate to report to the Training Manager (TM) Project Lead within the Identity & Access Management area. The job holder will support the TM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the CIDM External Business Partners project to meet its objectives on time and to budget by creating training that ensures the successful adoption and usage of the new platform by both internal stakeholders and External Business partners. The focus will be on creating blended training including both classroom and E-learning. The job holder will be expected to identify and create training materials. The job holder will be expected to serve as a subject matter expert in training development and design within the project.
You are responsible for
. Working with the training Manager to adjust and implement Training Plans
. Applying a structured methodology to design and develop training courses for internal staff and external Business Partners
. Preparing training scripts
. Designing and developing training workshops
. Supporting training efforts
. Developing instructional strategies
. implementing evaluation measures to gather user satisfaction
. the production of training materials in a variety of formats including classroom training, E-learning
. Providing assistance to trainers
Requirements
. Sound knowledge of ID concepts, E-learning technologies (either Articulate Presenter/Storyline or Quizmaker- TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) or Adobe Captivate Lectora) and implementation strategies
. Formal Instructional design certification
. Experience in training needs, analysis, and curriculum design
. Strong skills in instructional design and content development
. Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
. Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
. Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills
. High attention to detail
. Excellent graphic Design Skills
. High proficiency in working virtually is essential
. Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
. Basic knowledge of Gamification (way/platform to develop trainings)
. Experience of working in IT project implementation projects
