Application Support - Basel, Switzerland
Smartedge's client is looking for Application Support consultant based in Basel, Switzerland for a long term contract. Ideally, candidate should be fluent in German & English Language.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Experience with L1 and L2 support activities
- Experience with Client handling, dealing with key business users to resolve issues
- Experience in managing and resolving support tickets
- Knowledge of PLM, Java is an added advantage
Start Date: ASAP (notice period accepted for right candidate)
