Whitehall Resources are currently looking for Procurement Project Support - Software Category to be based in Basel, Switzerland for a 12 month engagement.

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and project coordination support to Category Manager
- Reviewing and summarizing key contractual terms in software/licensing agreements
- Maintaining an inventory of licenses/subscriptions, along with transition status
- Supporting Category Manager in negotiations with suppliers
- Following up with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure action items are completed
- Coordinating the transport, transfer and execution of various contractual documents
Requirements
- Experience with reading/redlining software contracts
- Knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills. English and German language preferred.
