For a major Bank based in Zurich we are looking for a Lead Test Manager to be part of the Program "Too big to fail" and support the End-to-End Tests of business partners.
*Defect Management/Deviation Management
*Lead and coordinate task forces to speed up test execution
*Progress Report to Senior Management re task forces and issues
*Supports business testers in executing their tests
*Assist with the analysis of the test approach and the review of the deliveries
*Make sure the deliveries are conducted in time
*Monitor and document the test progress
*Partners with IT Program Test Management to review the progress and for consultancy on any necessary actions
SKILLS
*At least 5 years' experience as Test Manager, in a Banking environment, on large scaled projects/programs.
*Expert in working with industry standard tools for testing (HP ALM, JIRA, SharePoint)
*Project management skills
*End-to-End Tests, Defect Management.
*Understanding of ISTQB/ISEB Certificate re Software Tests and Test Management
*Test Environment set up preparation
*Understanding of banking products, processes and infrastructure
*Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills
*Proven Leadership skills
*Fluency in German and English
