Your Skills
- Technical knowledge of security technologies on the following devices is a must: Juniper SSG series, Aruba controllers
- knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS, NetBIOS/WINS and TCP/IP Networking in a multi-site environ-ment is a must
- Good technical knowledge of telecommunications technologies: Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches is a must. PBX equipment, QOS is a nice to have.
- Technical knowledge of data infrastructure components including hardware, software, operating systems and LAN's. Exchange 2010 and VMWare is a nice to have.
- Experience in Wifi and VOIP implementations (Aruba or Cisco) is a must
- Ability to apply practical knowledge for troubleshooting proce-dures
- Good ability to communicate and good interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with lo-cal administrators and users
- Good team worker with strong interpersonal and excellent or-ganizational skills
- Ability to work independently while both service and results ori-entated
- Fluent in English

- administration, support and maintenance operations of custom-er's network, data and security infrastructures
- administration, support and maintenance operations of custom-er's Wireless environment
- administration, support and maintenance operations of custom-er's Video conference system environment
- administration, support and maintenance operations of custom-er's Remote and mobile access solutions
- Perform technical implementations, infrastructure support and analysis
- Maintain data centre and global operations to ensure services in a complex technical environment
- Providing technical support to the IT community for projects, implementation and management of existing and new technolo-gies
