Beschreibung

Next Ventures are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrative Assistant to support our client in the pharmaceutical sector in Switzerland.

Role:

Providing administrative support in a multi-cultural project environment, actively supporting project managers and team members.
This important role covers the following responsibilities and tasks, to ensure the project managers and team members can focus on their key deliverables:
1. Onboarding and offboarding of team members
2. Review and monitor timesheet approval
3. Create and manage purchase orders in ARIBA, including management of change orders.
4. Organizing team meetings, workshops, catering, business trips, etc.
5. Support the project managers to manage accruals and other financial topics such as checking actuals, year to date spend, etc.
6. Backing up an administrative assistant in the business team during leave, sickness, etc.
7. Administering distribution lists and access Touchpoint/Sharepoint.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic candidate who will enjoy working in a fast-paced English-speaking environment. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience, ideally in a project environment, and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
