For a long-term contract (initial 12 months) in Canton Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
Start: 04.01.2016
Workload: 100%
Responsibilities:
-Oversight of project activities
-Document and track project timelines, milestones, achievements, resources and risks
-Facilitate and moderate workshops and meeting with architects and engineers
-Prepare and facilitate executive steering committee meetings
-Partner with finance to monitor investments and savings
Requirements:
-Experienced in sourcing projects
-At least 5 years track record of managing complex infrastructure projects in the enterprise II Infrastructure area
-Good understanding of data centre infrastructure such as WAN, LAN, switching, routing and Firewalls, server and storage infrastructure
-Certification in PMP or any other Project Management method is a requirement
-Proactive and team-player personality
-Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, communication and management skills.
-Action oriented and able to operate effectively under tight deadlines and high workload.
-Well-versed in managing people within a Matrix organization with different cultural backgrounds at a variety of internal and external levels.
-Able to work in multi-cultural environment and to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
-Managing Project Stream, Team size up to 20 members and offshore resources
-Fluent in German and English
-Willingness to travel (CH, UK, FR)
-Ability to work as an individual and in the team
-Eligibility to live and work in Switzerland
-Passion, self-motivator and excellent professional attitude.
-Proficient in project management software as well as other office software.
-Languages: Excellent in German and English. French would be a plus.
