- Legal background (education and experience)
- Compliance and Risk experience
- English written and spoken
- Good facilitation and above-average communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Project planning
- Information gathering methods and techniques
- Identify and understand problems and opportunities
- Ability to articulate issues, need and solution associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized
- University degree (preferably PhD) or equivalent in law
- Experience in business consulting, legal, compliance and risk
- Experience in project management
- Extensive knowledge in banking
Your Tasks
- Establish and maintain communication between several project teams within compliance and risk and private banking
- Coordinate on-going issues, inquiries and requests
- Establish and maintain proper project plan overarching all second-line work items
- Ensure the proper sign-off and review of compliance and risk authority tasks concerning design and processes, when required
- Potentially represent your team and project as principal or delegate in boards, meetings and work group sessions
- Proactively propose solutions and address second-line issues
