Field Engineer NYON (w/m)
Your Tasks
- First and Second Level Support
- Support for all Client employees at the defined location
- Daily Business from 8 am until 12 pm & 1 pm until 5 pm or against another agreement
- Software and hardware support
- Windows7, WindowsXP, Office Palette and Lotus Notes Client Support
- PC, Notebook, Printer, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and Mobilephone Support etc.
- Ordering hardware and software on behalf of the customer
- Knowledge about ticket system
- Coordination of incidents
- Special Tasks (espy. as a deputy over the Holiday time):
- Staging and customizing of the various equipment like PCs, Laps, BBs, etc.
- Handle resp. keep always actual the local stock in a close collaboration with the main stock/the clients processes
- Manage and handle all necessary actions (and the appropriate Tools) in context with the clients processes, services, etc.
- Provide scheduled instructions, consulting services to the clients (if necessary)
- Solve resp. manage all the appropriate popped up TTs
Technical Skills:
- Windows7, WindowsXP, Office Palette and Lotus Notes Client
- PC, Notebook, Printer, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and Mobilephone Support
- Knowledge of ticket system

French and Englisch fluent, German is an advantage
