Java Developer wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Analyzing, designing, implementing and unit testing of JEE software components
- Applying implementation of RESTful services
- Migrating existing application components to the new service layer
- Participating on code reviews and other quality assurance actions
- Enhancing current solution and getting involved in maintaining the product
Your experience/skills:
- Master/Bachelor in Information Technology or Engineering or similar is required
- Solid expertise in Java EE application development (JEE-Architecture) and Java development environment
- Proficiency in OOP, software design principles and design patterns as well as excellent knowledge of XML/REST Services/REST paradigm/JAX-RS/Jersey
- Experience in setting up and configuring Tomcat App Servers as well as knowhow in GRAILS framework, spring framework/Hibernate/JPA JAP version 8, OS Windows and Unix/Linux are desirable
- Languages: fluent English written and spoken
