So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Hands on technical support for non-standard IT solutions including label printers, Scala, training room PC's, tablets, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, IOS, MacOS, Citrix, Bomgar.
-PC life cycle replacement scheduling.
-Designing and drawing processes.
-Solutions creation.
-Working closely in a highly matrixed organization.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/MEASURES OF SUCCESS
-Support of non-standard solutions as services.
-Scheduling of PC life cycle replacements against retirement dates.
-Creation of documentation for new services.
-Technical design of new service solutions.
-Some service management responsibilities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum education/experience:
-Apprenticeship in IT or degree mandatory
-5 years in a IT support role.
-English/German as business languages
Desirable education/experience:
-Experience of management of a service is highly desirable
-Experience communicating
-Languages
-Experience of the Pharma Domain
