Senior Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract position based in Zurich.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Liaise with business and technical team members in order to determine the solutions to business needs
-Develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from business
-Analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform
-Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks
-3rd level support for production issues
The skills and experience needed for this position are;/for this position you will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:
-Working level of English (German a plus)
-Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
-Several years experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
-Good system knowledge of Murex 3.1, preferably Back Office and accounting modules.
-Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
-Ideally solid knowledge of treasury or FX Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's.
-Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
