Service Manager, Mobile Devices/iPad, Banking
On behalf of our client, one of the most established financial institutions worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Service Manager to work on a project to manage iPad devices and services for a new 12 month contract with strong chance of extension starting as soon as possible.
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following skills:
- Experienced individual with >8 years IT Experience. Experienced in navigating a complex, global environment, coordinating and managing diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience of mobility device management projects is mandatory
- Knowledge or experience of iPad management processes, including tools such as Airwatch, Maas 360 or Mobile Iron
- Experience in a bank or financial sector strongly desired
- Good People Leadership Skills: Ability to build strong relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within IT and business
- Knowledge of ITIL, experience implementing processes with, or working in an ITIL process environment
- Fluency in English (German nice to have)
In your role as Service Manager, you will manage iPad device management and life cycle services on behalf of the private banking business. A contracted third party is providing iPad devices and a mobile device management solution. The role is to support the business in the governance of the commercial contract and ensure smooth running of the device supply chain, device control and device associated break fix services.
