Service Manager - Mobile Device Management wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Negotiating and performing service level agreements, ensuring all processes and contracts with external suppliers are appropriate, measurable and regularly reviewed
- Identifying and applying techniques for monitoring and continuously improving the quality of functions or processes related to operational services
- Monitoring service budget and documenting service management information
- Identifying and managing risks affecting the technology services
- Maintaining relationships with all internal and external service delivery partners to review the appropriateness of agreed service availability and performance targets
Your experience/skills:
- Good understanding of ITIL service management, the framework and vendor management
- Working knowledge of iPad remote management processes including device supervisor, MDM tools, DEP and application frameworks
- Expertise in managing complex Matrix based organisational issues
- Proficiency of tools and techniques to measure service delivery against agreed service levels
- Extensive negotiating skills and stakeholder management experience
