for a Senior .NET Developer (f/m)

Project environment

A Swiss Private Bank.

Tasks

• Development and further enhancements of existing .NET based applications for Advisory and Suitability Tools with following deliverables:
o Analysis of Requirements and creation of Solution Design.
o Bugfixing and Development of new features.
o Definition and writing of Unit / Integration Test Cases.
o Tracking and documentation of the changes using standard Bank tools (e.g. JIRA, SharePoint).
o 3rd Level Support for production issues caused by the new deliveries.
o Proactive planning and measures definition to improve the existing applications.
o Ensure the high quality of delivered solution.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and experience in design and development of high performant web-frontend applications with ASP.NET MVC 4 using the following technologies:
o Microsoft .NET 4.0 / 4.5
o ASP.NET & ASP.NET MVC 4
o HTML 5 / CSS 3
o JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX / amCharts
o MS SQL 2008 R2 / MS SQL 2012
o OpenXML SDK
o Visual Studio
o ReSharper / StyleCop / FxCop
o IIS 7
• Excellent understanding of MS SQL.
• Understanding of software development/ customization processes.
• Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors.
• Knowledge in financial sector is a plus.

Soft skills

• Fluency in English and German.
• Team player, very good organizational and excellent analytical skills.
• Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors.
