For our banking client based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedUser Experience/Interface Designer – Agile Approach (3395)
About the role:
- Exciting and challenging role as User Experience Designer within the global IAM Program (Identity & Access Management) with focus on self-servicing.
- Leading role in the design and creative conception of new features for the IAM
- Independently design and responsible for screens and screen flows based on business requirements to create a unique user experience
- Work with heterogeneous stakeholders to manage all business requirements according to the IAM product roadmap
- Ensure a professional, sustainable and strong stakeholder management with all relevant internal and external project parties involved, including but not limited to sponsors, stream leads, feeders, senior management and business counterparts Document and specify work products to ensure a common understanding within the project team, to provide traceability and to deliver high quality results
Qualifications / Competencies:
- Graduate degree or equivalent education in Graphical Design, UI or UX Design
- Proven track record of 3+ years’ experience in UX Design Profound knowledge of Bootstrap 3, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery 1.x and photoshop
- Knowledge of agile software development and experience in an international and distributed project environment
- Excellent UX design, communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player and willing to contribute and work in a dynamic and eager team
- Able to listen and to elicit stakeholder requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, German is an advantage
