Senior System Manager for LabWare LIMS - Switzerland
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Manager for LabWare LIMS for a project in Basel to support of ongoing projects in a well-established early development project portfolio for a FANTASTIC length of contract 12 months+
Job Description;
- Serve as LabWare LIMS subject matter expert and main interface to the Biosample & Repository Management business by providing LIMS support.
- Work independently with users in the laboratory to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and setting priorities for problem resolution related to LabWare system.
- Act as Solution Lifecycle Manager for maintain documentation, develop training material and provide training.
- Support of ongoing projects in a well-established early development project portfolio (therefore experiences in project mgmt, technical writing etc in a CSV context are a big plus)
- Offered is a one year assignment. In case of good fit it is desired to extend to a multi-year assignment in the context of a system migration
- Establishing and maintain routine documentation of change control activities for the LabWare system, perform periodic reviews
Skills :
- Expert in LabWare LIMS ideally version 5
- Self-sufficient GCP application manager.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL knowledge and SQL expertise, knowledge of Oracle databases is a plus
- Very strong experience in investigating, debugging and resolving issues.
- Highly effective when performing high quality data cleaning/management activities
- Lab experience in the genomics area
- Very good communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory, good level in French and German is a plus)
- Working knowledge in Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of virtual environments (Citrix) is a plus
- Experiences in project management
- Technical writing in a CSV context are a big plus
