We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical Designer with the following skills.
Expertise:
- Experience in managing ServiceNow end-to-end delivery projects in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Understanding of ServiceNow development (design, programming, integrations, test, deployment)
- Experience in requirements gathering, use cases, functional and non-functional specifications, and their validations & documentation
- Experience in ServiceNow solution design (workflows, data and data flows, business rules, UI actions, notifications, reports, dashboards, access controls)
- Experience in complex ServiceNow integrations
- Experience in ServiceNow Datamodelling
- Experience in complex data migrations and imports
- Mentor/provide technical guidance for the offshore team
- Strong facilitator
- Ability to create and review technical and non-technical solution documentation
- Experience in creating proposals and defining solutions for ServiceNow implementation and support
- Involved in business development, calculating engagement pricing and profitability
- Ability to articulate and quantify benefits of using ServiceNow to customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Client Management
- Experience on following ServiceNow modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
- Exposure to Mobility, Discovery and Orchestration
- Exposure to Project Portfolio Management, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, developing Customer Apps and Service Watch is preferable
- Exposure to Java Scripting
- Ability to define and implement best practices
- Experience on ITIL Process consulting or implementation is preferred
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification preferable
