Senior Business Analyst, Digital Banking, Contract, Switzerland
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with excellent modelling and Agile skills to be part of the global digital program of a major bank in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements based on existing concepts
- Working closely with Business and IT teams
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying dependencies
- Creating UML models (Business Object models, use case models)
Ideal Profile:
- Several years of experience in a Requirements Engineering role in IT projects in the banking sector
- Previous experience in digital projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent UML modelling skills
- Strong experience with JIRA and Enterprise Architect
- Previous experience in Agile projects
- Experience in leading onshore and offshore teams
- Fluent English
