Filemaker Pro Consultant - Filemaker, SQL, 3rd Line Support, Project, Analysis, Design
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Filemaker Pro Consultant - Filemaker, SQL, 3rd Line Support, Project, Analysis, Design based in Switzerland, Solothurn.
- Strong experience with Filemaker Pro and SQL Query
- Application Development & Support
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Supporting the operating system (FileMaker based solution)
- Issuing Scripting guidelines
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- English spoken and written, German spoken
