Application Support Analyst
Project/Department Description and responsibilities: - Application Development & Support; Primary Tasks and responsibilities: - Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting; - Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution); - Issuing Scripting guidelines; - Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications; - Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity; - Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability; - Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes; - Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects; - Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction.
