For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst Sales & Marketing:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zürich
As a senior business analyst in the SALES MANAGEMENT & MARKETING area, you will be engaged with finding solutions to business problems, the analysis of current processes and functionalities within the different sales & marketing applications as well as with the creation of new software requirements specifications. During the development phases you will work closely together with your colleagues of the application development department. Test-cases will be mainly generated and executed by the dedicated testing-team, based on the acceptance criteria you have defined.
We are looking for a senior business analyst with a solid and proven BA methodology track record who is able to lead, coordinate and manage the requirements engineering and requirements management process within the project.
As such we are looking for a candidate that brings in:
- Experience in financial services industry and A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF SALES/MARKETING CONCEPTS in a wealth management context
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (eg modelling of software requirements: use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML)
- Strong methodical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on experience with SQL is a plus
- Proactive and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- A very good command of English (German is a plus)
