Avaloq Project Manager CRM

Our client is an international Bank in Zurich and currently executing several key projects.
We are looking for an experienced contractor/consultant to strengthen the team for the CRM module.
Candidates will be involved in Project management of a CRM project to introduce new CRM functionality.
Tasks:
- Project management of a CRM project to introduce new CRM functionality
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of CRM, especially Contact management, Sales Opportunities, Campaign
- Management, RM Workplace, Frontline reporting
- Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Stakeholder management including business & technical end user consulting
- Service management: Post Go Live 3rd level support
- Change management: Support specific projects within set terms of reference and defined processes providing conclusions and recommendations as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment with at least 5 years in application design and engineering and 3 years in project/program management
- At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How)
- Experience in business analysis and consulting in Banking and/or Financial services
- Avaloq certification and PL/SQL skills
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- Project management experience and track record of project delivery
- Good communication skills and experience in dynamic environments
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
