For a global insurance company based in Zurich, we are looking for a

German speaking Test Manager - Infrastructure and Insurance (3319)

Key Skills / Experience:

- Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a release / delivery
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks
- Ability to define test objectives, test policies, test strategies and test plan
- Proven experience in test case design and test conception
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
- More than 3 years of experience as test manager
- Proactive, persistent and independent working style
- Flexible, team-oriented and open-minded personality with excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices
- Strong infrastructure knowhow
- Advanced expertise with Insurance processes

Role / Key Responsibilities:

- Define the testing approach and strategy, planning and estimation of testing effort and the leadership and control of the subsequent testing execution
- Coordination of requirements towards test environments
- Design of test cases
- Test status reporting and risk assessment
- Defect Management
- Lead independently the business testing efforts for the various releases/projects
- Support the other test leads in the coordination of the end to end testing activities across projects
