Application Support Analyst
Role & Key Tasks:
* 3rd level Application support for Legacy .NET platform for Customer Screening applications
* Application support for Oracle, Informatica & Oracle enterprise data quality stack
* Typical responsibilities would involve 75% support and 25% development.
* Experience of Enterprise System integration & ETL applications with either Microsoft & SQL Server and/or Oracle & Informatica Environment is mandatory
* Release management (UAT & Production)
* Experience in at least one Scripting language.
* The candidate must be willing to cross train in a different OS & DB platform.
* Troubleshooting user complaints
Nice to have skills:
* Experience in developing .NET or Java applications and exposure to web Servers/messaging systems would be a distinct advantage
* Experience in migration to new applications from another system would be helpful
