Delivery Manager/Business Analyst wanted for working in a 3rd party system in a small team with developers in Zurich and an offshore test team in Poland within an international bank.
Your tasks:
- Analysing, documenting and validating business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project
- Being responsible for the globally roll out of the application (Zurich, London, and APAC)
- Pushing forward the project and handling time pressure (delivery management)
- Ensuring that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members
- Providing clear project status communication to all stakeholders
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 6 years experience in service delivery in application development projects
- Good understanding of trading processes
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, etc.)
- .NET understanding would be a major plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
