For a six months Project at our banking client's site in Zurich, we are looking for a Hybrid role for an experienced Delivery Manager/Business Analyst - Trading (3282)
Our client is offering a Hybrid role of a Delivery Manager and Business Analyst to act as the primary interface between IT and other senior stakeholders on the business side. You will support the global roll-out of an application and work with a 3rd party system in a small team with developers locally and an offshore test team.
Your qualifications:
- Degree at university level (preferably in IT or Banking)
- Knowledge of trading and financial instruments, including front to back processing
- 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Experience in banking or finance
- Strong communications and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is of advantage
- Knowledge of .NET IT projects would be helpful
- Experience in international projects with remote teams would be a plus
- Know-how of Lombard Loans would be an advantage
The role:
- Elicit, analyse, document and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project
- Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional specifications
- Manage dependencies around the delivery of the solutions
- Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
- Support the test team in testing activities, when necessary
- Provide clear project status communication to all stakeholders
