Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3219 for a Senior PMO (f/m) SPS Cloud 60%.Project environment
A global Swiss Reinsurance Company is looking for a Senior PMO to support the Cloud Project Manager with a lean, proactive and efficient PMO approach (see tasks below) so that he can concentrate on his core project management activities.
Tasks
• Meeting Minutes, PSB or related meetings.
• Preparation of slides for PSB, SAM, SPS Townhalls.
• On / off-boarding of project employees, seat planning.
• Project Documentation, ShP updates, maintain / improve document structure.
• Tracking / chasing of deliverables / tasks in the various sub-streams.
• RAID logs management.
• Resource planning with stream leads.
• Cloud fair organization.
• Meeting setups, room reservations.
• Delivering ideas of improving the PMO tasks.
• Any other administrative / logistical task related to the cloud initiative.
Requirements
• Broad professional experience with IT Infrastructure projects.
• If possible experience with Cloud IaaS and PaaS projects on enterprise level.
• Self-starter and "hit-the-ground-running" mentality.
• Open and pro-active mindset.
Workload: 60%
