For a six months project at our banking client based in Zurich we look for an experiencedProject Manager FATCA and 871(m) onboarding (3272)
to join the existing functional pool organization, managing variety of projects and facing off to multiple project/program stakeholders across Group Operations.
We look for candidates with:
- Extensive project management experience including planning, RAIDs management, etc.
- Product knowledge derivative products (e.g. swaps, equity linked derivatives)
- Knowledge on OTC/ ETD derivatives processing (trade confirmation, settlement)
- Structured way of problem solving and solution definition
- Understanding of tools required for process analysis/ definition (e.g. 'swim lanes')
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage business analysis and implementation activities (TOM definition, implementation, testing)
- Detailed planning of activities for implementation of onboarding solution within business divisons
- RAIDs management, resourcing, planning,
- Managing all aspects of the program / project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
