For our client in Zürich we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:PMO – 6 Months Contract
Main tasks:
-Actively support management of program portfolio and objectives against quality standards, budgets and targets
-Project plan structuring, levelling and scheduling
-Dependency tracking and Resource allocation
-Engage team members and Stakeholders in progress updates, resolution of issues and decisions
-Status, forecast and project accounting
-Manage, monitor and identify project budgets across the program
-Risk/issue monitoring and Quality assurance management
Your Profile:
-At least 3 years experience in project management/project management office
-Experience in a financial services environment would be a plus
-Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
-Project Management Certification or equivalent (PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent)
-Solid knowledge of the project life cycle and PM tools
-Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel
-Excellent communication/presentation and report writing skills
-Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
-Exceptional influencing, interpersonal, teamwork management and conflict resolution skillsAbility to navigate and influence a global organization and experienced in dealing cross culturally
