For a regulatory project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking Business Analyst / IT Requirements Engineer (3251)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirement
• Write IT requirements
• Manage requirement gathering and change process (version control, sign off meetings etc.)
• Responsible for the requirements engineering process
• In between business stakeholders and IT team
• Use of industry standards (like use cases, UML, flow charts, state diagrams etc.)
• Support the test manager in setting up test cases on the requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and further obligations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills required:

• University degree in either a technical or business degree
• 5+ years experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Able to act between the Change business and software development team
• Manage requirements through the entire software development life cycle
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in GUI design and/or visualization and technical back end service description (interfaces et al.)
• Management skills, to lead requirements workshops
• Writing and modelling skills, to communicate information effectively and represent requirements information in graphical forms
• Experience in international and agile projects preferred.
