For a long term project (12 months) at our clients‘ banking site here in Zurich we are looking for aSenior Banking Programm Manager for Regulatory Projects (3266)
The project has the goal to deliver a large set of regulatory requests for the bank to implement. Within this program the senior program manager role is positioned in the Special Projects and Investigations department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analysis of the Regulatory requests and priorities processes: process descriptions and dependencies on different streams in use and manage the expectations of regulatory stakeholders.
-Maintenance and development of the PMO tools and process department
-Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met.
-Support of the overall project delivery for investigations in General Counsel to ensure that all requirements are managed effectively
-Working independently under the guidance of a senior and the responsible work stream lead
-Advise and support policy drafting and implementation
-Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions.
-Administer Issue & Risk process
-Create, Update, and Upload KPIs
-Set-up Program Sharepoint site
Required Skills/Experience:
-Bachelors degree in Finance / Banking arena
-10 experience years in private banking
-Track record of working as a Program Manager leading high profile / value programs consisting of several works streams
-Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory strategy and Private banking implications
-Certified in PMI and Six Sigma Black belt
-Fluent English language knowledge, German would be an asset
