For an eight months project at our banking clients‘ site here in Zurich we are looking for aGlobal UAT Lead / IT Project Manager for a core Banking HR Platform (3264)
For the implementation of a new release of the banks' HR management tool, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with either extensive experience in UAT or with a solid background in HR IT projects. The successful candidate will bring the necessary know-how to define the overall UAT approach and is experienced enough to lead the global teams during an extensive UAT phase.
Your qualifications:
• Financial Service industry background
• Several years experience within UAT environment or
• Experience in various functions inside as well as outside of Human Resources
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing global virtual teams
• Strong networking skills to pull resources / information
• Demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change against challenging timelines
• Skilled communicator to manage stakeholders, project owners and employees
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written), German skills is a plus
The role:
• Lead a team of 4 Regional UAT leads in different locations
• Define a UAT approach including resources calculations and timelines
• Ensures testing is executed against the plan and support testers in the respective location(s)
• Establish an effective reporting around all UAT activities
• Lead several UAT calls prior and during the testing phase
• Support the run the bank teams during the stabilization phase
