For a long term project (12 months) at our clients’ site here in Zurich we are looking for aQuality & Test Manager for Compliance Solutions in PBWM (3259)
As part of a regulatory project the aim of this project is to design and deliver compliance solutions regarding margin requirements within private banking and wealth management worldwide. The detailed requirements will be defined by local regulators (E.g. US PR, ESMA, FINMA).
Key Deliverables:
-Test scheduling
-Review and determine testing resources
-Identify and provide/arrange necessary training to test groups
-Planning and overseeing all aspects of testing
-Review all Testing documents and oversee the development of the relevant documents for testing
-Ensure adherence to agreed Test Strategy, Plan and project schedules
-Control & direct the activities of Testing resources, both internal and external
-Analyse and report on test results
-Report to the Project Manager
-Provide sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live
Job Qualifications:
-Test Strategy definition
-Test Plan across different applications
-Financial Know How/Banking experience
-Functional, Integration, System, Sanity, Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance, Stress and Usability Testing.
-Strong influencing and negotiation skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Effective planning and organisational skills
-Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty
-Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions
-Fluent in English, German would be an asset

-Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering
-Test automation know-how
