For a project at our client, an international insurance company based in Zurich, we're looking for an experiencedProject Manager / Business Consultant - Organizational Design & Implementation Strategy (3178)
Your qualifications:
Min. 7-10 years relevant consulting experience in organizational design
Experience strategy implementation projects
Strong stakeholder management on senior management level
Presence, ability to conduct interviews to gather necessary data
Workshop facilitator experience would be an asset
Fluent English - oral and written. German would be highly appreciated
Strong with MS Powerpoint and Word
Strong communicator and good Teamplayer
You will work directly with one of our clients Partners as well as with our clients Head of Marketing & Communications.
The job:
Define the desired set of data and elaborate the key questions
Gather the necessary data with the involved business partners
Cooperate with the Head of Marketing & Communications for strategical questions
Design the future organizational structure
Planning of the implementation
Lead of possible necessary workshops
