For a longer term project at our Banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for aJunior Business Analysts – Operations Change Group in Asset Management (3158)
The succesful candidate will work actively on two projects within the Asset Management area and perform gap analysis. Experience thereof is vital for this role.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Gap Analysis
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Global Asset Management business and the operations part
- Works independent and easy liaise with people in the bank
- Used to work for regulatory project, knowhow of MiFID I/MiFID II would help
- Excellent English in speaking and writing, German skills are a plus
Tasks:
- Review the findings report on level 1 established by Global AM MiFID Project team and confirm Operations gap or elaborate if no gap.
- Participate in Level 2 gap analysis workshops. Participate in AM MiFID project meetings. Liaise with EMEA locations
- Working closely with the Front Office, Middle Office and Operations IT teams, Compliance, IT and other project groups
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to scope, define and manage delivery
- Specific tasks will include business analysis and requirements gathering
- Contribute to and help drive the strategy for the Transaction Reporting technology platform
