Lead Business Analyst (Derivatives Regulatory Reporting, Private Banking, Wealth Management) - Switzerland - Contract
For one of our clients in the financial sector we are searching for a strong Business Analyst to be part of a global Derivatives Regulatory Reporting project within Private Banking and Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting current business regulatory requirements
- Acting as a Lead Business Analyst in the Trade Reporting area
- Working closely with various business stakeholders - PMs, senior management, SMEs across functions, such as: front/Back Office, trading, risk management
- Steering meetings
- Ensuring project delivery
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector, particularly in Private Banking and Wealth Management
- Previous experience as a Lead Business Analyst
- Experience in regulatory driven projects, esp. EMIR, FinfraG, etc.
- Excellent Derivatives knowledge (esp. OTC Derivatives)
- Very good capital markets knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
- Result-driven and able to work under pressure
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
