For a six months project at our Banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior PMO and Deputy PMO Lead (3147)
The sucessful candidate will show a track record of at least 6-8 years in a professional PMO role ideally with experience within a Program Management Office.
Your qualifications:
• 6-8 years project management experience and/or working in a leading position within a large Program Management Office resp. in a Business Management unit (e.g. as lead controller).
• Dynamic, proactive self-starter with a clear can-do attitude, able to challenge the status-quo and provide pragmatic and actionable solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel and MS Power-Point.
• When required, able to sustain high work-load.
• Ability to elaborate clear, concise and precise messages out of complex figures.
• Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as ability to effectively interact with senior colleagues (Release Managers, Stream Leads, Program Managers).
• Very good ability to elaborate and ensure quality of details (e.g. financial figures).
• Very good ability to address and prioritize parallel tasks.
• Knowledge of Payments Solutions in financial service industry is a clear plus.
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German is a clear plus.
Your responsibilities:
• Manage the overall Program financials and resources in close alignment with the Program Management team, ensuring that figures always reflect the official planning baseline and that deviations are effectively addressed.
• Support and advise Stream Leads and Release Managers to efficiently plan and book their resources, as well as to properly implement the Change Request process.
• Manage and optimize the contracting process in close alignment with Program Management team, ensuring contracts are properly initiated, processed and archived according to Credit Suisse standards.
• Manage and optimize the invoicing process in close alignment with the Vendor partners and PMO Lead, ensuring high invoice quality as well as timely payment.
• Support PMO lead in the overall process optimization, as well as in the execution of diverse management activities (e.g. preparation of presentation Senior Management).
• Manage one near-shore PMO assistant .
• Effectively collaborate with the Business Management team of Operations IT Utilities.
• Act as deputy of PMO lead.
