For an initial six months contract at our insurance client based in Zurich, we are looking for aGerman speaking Project Assistant (3137)
This role is based within a process optimization project in the CFO organization. We are looking for a hands-on and proactive personality to take charge of all responsibilities and support the project management.
Your qualifications/competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Good Know-how of relevant MS-Office products
- Team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable, analytical and flexible personality with structured and analytical approach
- Experience in management consulting / transformation / process optimization is a plus
- Experience within CFO organization is a plus
Your responsibilities include:
- Budget tracking and planning
- Resource planning
- Program reporting
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and processes
- Some project management and team leading tasks
- Some administrative tasks like minutes
- Assume responsibility for some part projects
