For a longer term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking Senior Business Project Manager for Loyalty Rewards Program (3126)

You will take on the Loyalty Rewards Program project stream within the Marketing and Sales Management of the bank with the objective to implement a new loyalty platform for existing clients, ensuring a consistent implementation and subsequent transition. New concepts are needed for various aspects of the current rewards program and you will collaborate closely with legal & compliance, the IT Project Manager and other stakeholders to reach your goal.

Your qualifications:

- Advanced knowledge and experience as project manager within a leading international bank or consulting company
- Solid Marketing experience, especially withing other rewards & loyalty programs is crucial
- Spirit of innovation, drive and contribution, willingness to develop within a project team
- Result-orientation, strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management
- Self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, challenging the status quo
- Fluent German and English is a must
- Bank experience as well as knowledge of bank processes are an advantage
- Project management certification preferred

The role:

- Responsibility for end-to-end process and solution design including business requirements management
- Deliver detailed concept about the structure, usability and design of the solution for all devices
- Create overview of possible ways to earn loyalty points and develop a detailed concept concerning on-site spending of points in physical shops
- Set up a highly automated distribution system including delivery tracking system for shop manager and client
- Comprehensive project management of all activities, including: understanding of business needs, concept development, implementation, analysis, communication of results
- Ensure timely and accurate project deliverables within budget
- Interaction with senior management, front units, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and IT
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
