Job description:-
Job Title: SAP SCM APO Consultant
Location:- Basel Switzerland.
Contract duration: 6months + extendable contract.
JOB Description:
Purchasing:
No direct purchasing activities for ComOps (only intercompany)
Missing or incomplete master data to be maintained manually
Scope:
Implemented material master processes can be fully reused
Request and maintenance of
Global materials
Local materials
Material master reports
Product catalog
Material master overview
Material master portfolio
Majority of Pharma materials already available
Completeness check and manual adjustments necessary
Potential need of renumbering for new materials not yet loaded into SHAPE
Implemented processes can be fully reused
Demand planning (sales forecast)
Supply network planning including release from demand planning
Alert monitoring
Functional split between Sandoz and Pharma required for:
System access (authorizations) - responsibilities to be clarified
Reporting (eg forecast accuracy)
Implemented organizational structure and associated business processes can be fully reused
Master data
Purchase requisitions
Purchase orders
Vendor returns and scrapping
Purchase order printout
Supplier performance reports
New process to be covered
Subcontracting with Prodiphal (not finished during initial implementation)
Additional activities to be considered
Authorization assignment to Pharma user accounts
End user training
Already implemented business processes can be fully reused
Intercompany purchasing of API, BULK and FDF for Pharma
Printouts
ECC reports (eg import permit)
Pricing
KPI, stock in transit
New processes and requirements to be covered
EDI interface with Pharma in order to automate intercompany process (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESDAV, INVOIC, LOISTD - req./supply plan)
Sales reports should reflect each organization separately (SoD)
Additional activities to be considered
Authorization setup
End user training
Key experience:
Supply chain management knowledge
SHAPE experience (this is the Shape SAP platform that Sandoz is using)
