For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for immediate support in the form of a

Senior Finance Project Manager – Process Re-Design (3121)

The goal is to realign the global Asset Management accounting chain to reflect new processes and offshore activities of the bank.


Key responsibilities/Key deliverables include the following:

• Support Offshore activities in Global Asset Management
• Review current revenue processes in the Global AM accounting chain and steer relevant initatives
• Set up new processes in a systematic way, combining processes from C/C Fees, Global AM team and Revenue control teams
• Represent the team in Run the Bank projects
• Review/set up KPI’s/KPC’s
• Take over Run the Bank responsibilities and align them with global corporate initiatives
• Reduce global efficiency gaps by incorporating best practice finance processes


Work experience/requirements:

• Minimum 12 years work experience in Banking and Finance
• Banking experience with focus on Asset Management / processes in Asset Management
• Accounting experience on a global scale
• Project experience in redesigning global process flows
• Experience with high profile Run the Bank projects
• Fluency in German and English required
