For a 4+ months project at our client - an international bank based in Zurich - we are looking for aEnglish speaking PMO with MS-Excel skills (3106)
As Project Management Officer (PMO) you will provide administrative, communication, organization, data processing and reporting support to Program/Project Managers. We look for candidates with very strong English skills (min. proficiency level both written and oral). Furthermore you meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work self sufficiently to organize, pre- and post-processing (e.g. documentation) of workshops and meetings
- Solid MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel skills to analyse and manipulate data (Pivot tables etc.)
- Prior experience in similar position (or exposure to administrative tasks or process management)
- Strong communication skills (not afraid to talk to people on the phone)
Your responsibilities include:
- Contact business stakeholders for data/information gathering etc.
- Organisational tasks (preparation of meetings, workshops etc.)
- Data analysis with MS-Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, raw data etc.)
- Documentation tasks
