Project Manager - Banking - Customer Experience Transformation

At a time where banks are constrained by regulation and are in the recovery of a financial crisis, they have struggled to maintain their high reputation. In such a competitive environment, the differences between products and offerings are sometimes marginal.

Our client is one of Switzerland's leading banks and has turned to its customer experience offering as a key aspect to improve performance.

As Project Manager within the Private & Wealth Management business, you will lead and manage this new initiative relating to the client's experience. Your objective, amongst others, will be to propose improvements to existing processes with the end goal of improving the overall client interaction with the bank.

As Customer Experience Project Manager your responsibilities include:

  • Define, collect and analyse information from stakeholders to develop solutions and implement Continuous Improvement measures
  • Prepare and conduct weekly timetables with various stakeholders
  • Perform a fact based and comprehensive pilot evaluation including comparison to baseline and to develop requirements, lessons, action plans etc.
  • Report results to management

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Excellent Project Management skills with 5+ years experience in financial services
  • German and English
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to analyse and evaluate results
  • Excellent stakeholder skills
