For a Project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Project Manager w/ Testing & Banking Experience (2970)

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning, monitoring and coordinating 3 different test teams
- Review documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issue
- Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Travelling occasionally necessary but not excessive (around every quarter to India or Bratislava)

Your qualifications:

- Min. 10+ years experience as a Project- or Testmanager
- Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback --> strong backbone for testing team
- Ability to negociate (handling conflicts etc.)
- Good planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English oral & written, German is nice to have
- Strong with MS PowerPoint
- Adequate reporting skills
- Banking experience would be an asset
- Knowhow of payments or willingnes to learn
- Technical knowhow is nice to have
