For a six months project at our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Manager HR Domain for Legal Entity CH Program (2930)
The Legal Entity (LE) Program comprises a series of regional and global initiatives that are designed to both meet future regional regulatory requirements as well as business objectives to optimize the footprint of client's businesses. This role is taking care mainly of the HR domain and all applications affected to HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and project manage the overall workstream for the LE program
Manage the end to end delivery of milestones and progress tracking
Manage the regulatory and external dialogue
Manage the scope of work and inform and support business colleagues
Co-ordinate activity across workstreams
Ensure key risks and issues are identified, mitigated and resolved
Ensure that resource plans are adhered to in order that deliverables are met to plan
To fulfill your tasks you meet the following requirements:
Extensive experience in Project Management within the finance industry, preferably in a banking environment
Experience with HR processes and applications
Ability to plan, monitor, and control project activities and resources
Ability to monitor, measure and report on overall milestone progress
Ability to manage and control the overall Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies for the workstream
Previous experience with LE projects
Relevant degree or equivalent working experience
Strong problem solving skills and can do attitude
Quick starter and willing to go the extra mile
Fluent in English and German, written and oral
