For a six months project at our banking client site here in Zurich we are looking for aProject Manager - Distribution Delivery Data Unbundling (2921)
The role involves Project Management for a smaller key project for a changed data delivery of fund exposure data from Global Asset Management to Wealth Management as required by the "Cornerstone" program. The delivery dates are set already by Cornerstone. The successful candidate will work in a team of approx five and will be involved in unbundling (portfolio exposure & key figures) - align fund holding aggregation (exposure and risk) break downs as required.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of a program / project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
Required Expertise:
- Several years project management experience in Finance industry
- Experience in Asset / Wealth Management
- Track record of implementing in line with quality standards
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Strong Planning and Tracking skills with keeping the budget under control
- Fluent in English and German
