For a 6 months project at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for aJunior PMO Credit Risk Management (IT) - Private Banking (2790)
This is a great oportunity for a Junior PMO with one to two years experience in this role to boost their career within a prestigious global banking institute in Zurich, Switzerland. You will assist one or several Business Project Managers to conduct their software development projects focusing on the building of new or on the enhancements of existing applications in the area of Credit Risk Management Private Banking. The scope of work for the Project Management Officer (PMO) will encompass:
Preparation of status reports
Organization of meetings and production of meeting minutes
Elaboration and maintenance of project presentations
Maintenance of action item and issue tracker list
Elaboration and maintenance of accurate staff planning and tracking
On- and off boarding of project staff
Elaboration and maintenance of stakeholder overview and management plan
Elaboration and maintenance of cost planning and tracking and of risk management overview
Maintenance of project documentation
Management of change requests
Review of project documentation (form, layout and language)
Assist Business Project Manager in project communication activities
Qualifications - Must skills:
1 to 2 years experience in assisting Business Project Managers of application development projects
fluent written and spoken English and German
distinctive project planning and controlling skills
distinctive soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background
Advantageous skills:
experience in international projects
project management education and certificate (PMI or IPMA)
experience in banking or finance industry
experience with /knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
