For a project at our client ‘s site, an international insurance company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedDigital B2B Business Analyst (5945)
In this challenging role, you will provide explanations and expertise regarding as-is / to-be models as part of a requirements elicitation process i.e.; process, data, workflow, application etc. to appropriate stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
• Experience as business analyst in complex, international enterprise projects preferably in the (commercial) insurance industry
• Proven experience in capturing complex business requirements, analyze them and translate them into easily understandable functional requirements
• Strong skills in writing user stories using JIRA and Confluence
• Well versed in application testing and organizing user acceptance testing
• Experience in agile project methodologies – Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is an advantage
• Design-Thinking & Co-Creation experience is an advantage
• Very good communication and presentations skills in English (written and spoken)
Your Responsibilities:
• Adapt and applie different delivery methodologies determining the best methodology for the specific project
• Plan and conduct elicitation sessions for business requirements, manage the product backlog and ensure the deliverables are met
• Understand customers´ objectives, processes, and products in order to make appropriate recommendations for customer-specific needs
• Collaborate with project managers to build business Cases, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high-level plan
• Analyze and manage requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritize requirements
• Participate in the development of test plan, testing, implementation, and training activities
• Participate in post-implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits achieved
• Communicate effectively through different mediums at all levels
