For our Pharma client in Basel we are looking for a
Graphics Manager
As a Global Graphics and Branding Manager, you will be responsible to manage Packaging Artwork Projects of our Consumer Health Brands and provide Design and Branding expertise to Marketing Teams. The Consumer Health division Brands reach the Consumers through its packaging and we look for someone that can drive further the successful connection through the best Graphic solutions. This job has a Global focus and offer a unique opportunity to work across multiple regions and with partners across exciting cultures.
Major Tasks
1. Act as project manager between global cross-functional teams, design agencies, artwork agencies and production sites in projects assigned, ensuring on-time delivery of responsibilities.
2. Actively manage and communicate project deliverables for tasks related to graphics, artwork development and pre-press, following established GxP processes.
3. Proactively engage in obtaining any missing project information from client cross-functional teams and control the development of project timelines.
4. Deliver sound expertise and consultancy to the Global Marketing Organization and be a key partner for our Brand strategies.
5. Offer innovative design concepts and printing technology insights to our internal stakeholders for consideration to strengthen brand presence on shelf.
6. Effectively manage International communication with internal and external business partners.
Required skills
3-5 years of experience in artwork management with broad understanding of Graphics, Artwork processes and Printing Technologies.
Previous experience in OTC/Pharmaceutical products, packaging design or print production.
Must be a team player with excellent project management and organizational skills.
A positive, proactive and flexible attitude in a fast paced environment with consistent attention to detail and good judgment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high degree of customer focus.
Fluent in English. German, French or Spanish in addition are an asset.
